We checked in late after a long travel day. The lady on reception was friendly enough and checked us in quickly. We went to the lift to our room and it was filthy. She did make us aware that renovations were going on so there would be noise from early morning until 6pm. When we arrived to our room the corridor carpet was also dirty and there was a strong smell of dust and paint. We were exhausted so stayed the night but checked out the following day. We were supposed to be there for 5 nights. May just have been unlucky timing but staff were nice. We were visiting Jasper for a friends wedding. We knew all hotels would be basic but I wanted it to be at least clean. The dust hanging off the sprinkler in the bedroom was disgusting. I be harsh as we do not normally stay in this type of accommodation. I will say they did refund us for the other nights we did not stay and hasn’t put me off using the Hilton group in the future. I suspect the dust is due to the renovations

We booked a night stay to attend two days at Holiday World. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and clean. I am really picky about cleanliness and was very pleased! The hotel staff were all very helpful! Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Overall, we had a great experience and will be comfortable booking here in the future.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was wonderful during my two night stay and the entire hotel was very clean. I definitely will be back again. Great job Hampton Inn Jasper!

I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inn's over the years - mostly for business but occasionally for personal trips and Not One of them comes close to the service we experienced at the Hampton Inn in Jasper, Indiana. I put 4 stars for location because Jasper is kind of in the middle of not very much. That being said - within Jasper and the surrounding towns the location great- most everything you need is a 7 min drive. But - I could be talked into a trip to Jasper Just to go to the Schnitzelbank Restaurant!

I stayed here for my 21st birthday and they went above and beyond my expectations. The lady working on the night of September 30th was very friendly and even provided us with some great restaurant information. The hotel was clean and relatively empty. We were able to use the pool and it was also great. Not too cold, not too warm. It seemed like it was salt water? Or atleast the part I accidentally tasted was very salty… The morning breakfast was what you’d expect from a three star hotel. A 30 minute straight shot from holiday world, you really can’t beat that! Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay great!

Overall stay was great, pillows at all Hilton hotels seem to have no structure I know I need to bring my own in the future. No complaints here.
